"We have an older furnace and the technician carefully checked that it was safe by examining the furnace interior with both video and CO analysis tools. Our furnace needed a new motor, which was ordered and installed, but the technician was careful to ensure that it was operating correctly. It was not, and he took the time to determine why the motor was operating incorrectly. He was able to fix it and our furnace was restored to good operating condition. We were very appreciative that Lunar was able to send the technician quickly whereas other larger companies would not send anyone for one or two weeks. That is too long to wait for a broken furnace during winter. Lunar came through and fixed our furnace!"

"Our problem was extremely simple, just a vent that needed to be opened. It was high up needing a ladder. They did it, and we expected a minimal basic service charge, but they said it was free since it was so easy (taking less than 15 min). That's classy!"
