"Koala did a great job for a few reasons. They had a plan and educated me on how it works. The installers were professional and did not damage anything or leave a mess. Our home is now able to stay cool during triple digit temperatures and their service was worth the investment."

"My experience with Energy Attic USA went really well. They were very good price wise. They did a good job and they’re the only company that I find that would do a reading and barrier that actually use a metallic foil reading barrier that they would put in instead of spray. That’s what I wanted. It’s supposed to be much better. It’s all under insulation."

"I would recommend using Action Roofing and Remodeling. I had my roof replaced and the entire process was very well coordinated and work was completed as per contract . Supervisor was quick to respond to my questions and remedy my concerns."

"Forrest was extremely responsive. I called and he was able to come by, I believe, the next day to an energy audit to determine why my electric bill was outrageous and the temperature varied throughout the house. Right away he determined there was virtually no insulation in the attic (easier said than done considering the dark, 3 ft crawl space filled with giant metal ducts) except what was left from the original install in 1975. I was able to schedule to have the work done in about 5 days. I'm not sure if the price was good or not but I really liked Forrest and he was available to get the work done ASAP...that made it the right price! He and his crew arrived when they said they would, blew in the insulation, mended ducts, expelled all the critters in the attic, and replaced the broken booster fan blocking the air going to the opposite end of the house.
I also texted Forrest Friday with concerns that there was hot air coming out of the vent when the AC wasn't on, he said he could be there the next day to check it out. He showed up when he said he would, determined that coincidently, I walked under the vent right when the AC turned on and all the hot air was being pushed from the duct. There was no issues other than my bad timing.
I will continue to use this company for everything and anything they can provide that I need in the future.

"I will not be using Tasco again for my air conditioning needs. I recently agreed to have them replace a faulty expansion valve in my relatively new system, which they had installed. The expansion valve was free (a warrantied product). They used 2 lbs. of freon. They also installed a $38 dollar dryer. The two technicians spent a total of 1 hour and 13 minutes to complete the work. The estimate to complete the work was $1200.00. You would think that this company would cut me a better deal for warranty work. Upon completion of the work, I requested an itemized bill. Later that day, the owner stated they do not give out itemized bills and that he charges a flat rate for his services. After arguing wth him for a short time he stated that because I agreed to his estimate there was nothing to argue about. If you charge a flat rate why would there be an estimate? When I started using Tasco, they had an A rating- it is now down to a B. Do yourself a favor and go with a better company that is cheaper. Make sure you get an itemized bill. You can look up the cost of every part online. I never minded paying a premium for good service, but this is ridiculous."
