"We had a few different HVAC companies come out to give us bids and Miss Minisplit was consistent price wise with the other bids but she had much better availability. The others were months out and she was available the following week which was perfect because we were quickly coming up on the hot summer months. We are so glad we went with her. She was fast and efficient and very pleasant to be around. Even when I bugged her with questions during install, because I was just so curious, she answered them and explained what she was doing. Afterwards she gave us a quick lesson on how to work them and how to clean them. Since install we have had a few more questions and she has answered them quickly. We have since suggested her to our friends that are looking to add minisplits to their home and they love her too."

We hired someone to save us time during a large demo project, but wish we just did it ourselves from the beginning to save time and headache. Based on the company's assessment, we were informed that our dryer vent had a significant blockage, so severe that it would require tearing out walls or possibly going through our new roof. We were obviously concerned about the potential cost and disruption. But don't worry, they're a construction company too... a little too convenient However, after the technician left, my husband decided to inspect it himself since we just had it cleaned within a year ago. Within an hr, he was able to clean out a considerable amount of lint, but there was no actual blockage obstructing the vent. In fact, as you can see in the attached photograph, a standard dryer vent cleaning tool could pass straight through the hose from the front to the back. Not to mention, there is plenty of air coming through the vent and none coming back into the home."
