Ben, the owner, came to our house the same day to take a look at the job and provided us with the quote the next day. He doesn't charge the visit fee like some other providers do. His price is competitive. We decided to hire him. Ben and his crews came to our house as scheduled. They spent the whole day and until late at night to finish the job because if they didn't we wouldn't have water to use. Ben is very knowledgeable and gave us options of what to replace the old pump. The quality of the work they did is superb. Highly recommended."

"I had a leaky tub faucet that I needed fixed. The plumber came out and said the entire setup needed to be replaced including busting out tile wall. Quoted me for 2 options, one was $1300 and the other was over $550. I told him I just want the leaking water to stop and I’m not interested in replacing the entire setup. He said it was impossible to fix the leak without the full replacement, costing either 550 or 1300. Turns out, 30 bucks and a run to Home Depot later and I fixed it myself. I understand him giving me all the options of replacing everything, but when I specifically asked for just a quick fix of the leak he was very adamant about it being impossible, and tried very hard to convince me to take the $1300 option. This is definitely a sales oriented company that tries to upsell, not your local reliable plumber that we all try to find and trust."

His work was excellent, prices good and I loved working with him. He gave a clear itemized estimate for each part of the work, answered all my questions, arrived on time, and was professional, friendly and polite. I'm not sure replacing the pressure tank was necessary but it was old and I took their advice. They were able to get to the project right away and the technicians came slightly earlier than the appointment time. The work took about 3 hours. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
