He said he would have a Tech. out asap - yes on a Sunday, I couldn't believe it. Tech showed up and diagnosed the issue. We scheduled a replacement for Monday. They showed up at 8:30 am on Monday just as they said they would. Steve, Eric and Marvin got to work. By 1:00pm they were finished my house is cool. It was nothing short of spectacular. Way over delivered. Do not hesitate to call these guys. As the kids would say, they did me a "SOLID".
