Furnace stopped kicking off. Service guy came over afterhours (thanks for that) and did a fix to the loose connection for inducer motor.

When we asked for work bids, Terry called us first thing and was there for the estimate in short order. He worked with us to get the Furnace and Water heater that suited our needs/want and quickly adjusted his quote for us. When he ran into unexpected delays with our project, he sacrificed his Saturday to make sure our furnace and water heater were properly installed. "Originally scheduled for noon on a Friday (wanted it done so I could paint over the weekend).  Received call that they had a vehicle problem and asked to reschedule for the following week.  I explained the reason that I bought the service was to get it done before the weekend.  He said he would try and get another vehicle and call me back.  He called and said they would arrive around 3:30.  Showed up just before 5:00 - 3 guys total - and finished the job in an hour.  Was satisfied with the work that was done.  Appreciated that they made the effort to complete the work on Friday."
