Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did. We got a call on the morning of the day door was to be returned, and the employee arrived at the appointed time. The quality of the work was excellent. We have already recommended the vendor to friends."

"From initial call to Garage Door Services to the completion of repairs, I was treated politely and respectfully. The technician was here within an hour and a half of contact. He explained in detail what needed to be done and the approximate time it would take and the cost estimate. I asked a lot of questions, especially about safety because I am in a neighborhood with lots of children, and realize the importance of garage doors working properly to avoid accidents and injuries. The technition graciously and throughly answered each one. He was extremely professional and understanding of my concerns.

"We had 2 glass patio doors that needed to be replaced so we could install a dog door. Sherman came to our house within a day of calling him. He measured everything, made a list of items he would need, and sent us to Home Depot to order the door we wanted and the shopping list of supporting materials. Thus, we paid for the cost of materials directly to Home Depot. When everything arrived 10 days later, Sherman was available to install the door within 3 or 4 days. He picked up the door and materials from Home Depot, brought them to our home, arrived on time as promised and installed the doors within 3 hours. He began work on a dog door. Due to a parts mismatch that was the dog door's fault, not Sherman's, he had to find custom screws, available only from a specialty hardware store. He spent 2 hours finding these special screws, had them made, paid for them, and installed them. He spent more time on the trivial dog door than the incredibly well finished patio door. Our costs were $325 in labor, paid to Sherman after all work was completed, and the cost of materials, paid to Home Depot (about $700)."

"At first, it went well. Mr. Clarkson, the owner, was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He came over within a reasonable time frame to bid the job and provided a written estimate that was fair. They also got us on the schedule fairly quickly. The office staff that we spoke to were all nice and professional as well. The siding repair went fine. Then, when they did the roof, we were pleasantly surprised that they finished in one day. However, when we came home to see the roof after it was finished, things started to go awry. We noticed that there was some material still laying in one of our flower beds. When I asked him about it, Mr. Clarkson stated that one of his guys would be "back to finish the drip edge". The man did come back right away, but he never properly finished installing the metal drip edge. I alerted Mr. Clarkson to the fact that a portion of the drip edge was left incomplete. It was very noticeable- I don't see how someone could have accidentally left it that way, honestly. Anyway, Mr. Clarkson responded quickly and stated that someone would come fix it. Ok, no problem. However, when the "someone" arrived to fix it, they still didn't install it correctly. Again, a noticeable piece of the drip edge was missing. So, I contacted Mr. Clarkson again and asked that he personally come look at the "correction". He did so- promptly and without complaint. After seeing the drip edge, he told me that he agreed with me- that it was substandard. He seemed genuinely put out with his own workers for not installing it correctly. He stated that someone would come fix it. So, the third time his guys came out to fix the drip edge rolls around... They showed up at 7:45 pm and it was already dark, so they couldn't adequately see what they were doing. To make matters worse, we observed them climbing on the window trying to reach the repair area. Turns out, they had come to the house to do the repair without even bringing a LADDER! After we let them use our ladder, the drip edge was installed adequately, but jeez...talk about unprofessional! So, overall, it seems that Mr. Clarkson is trying to run an honest and quality business. He really seems to be a nice man, and if this rating were just for him- he'd get an A. However, a business is only as good as the people it employs. There's also a lot to be said for doing things right the first time."

"I am incredibly thankful that I found Charlie and did my research on Angie's list! From my initial conversation with Charlie, until the project was complete, the level of interest, professionalism, and communication was outstanding. Charlie immediately understood my situation with addressing a collapsed ceiling in my elderly parent’s home, heard the anxiety in my voice as I was trying to address the concern long distance, and took the time to talk through all the details with me over the phone. He patiently answered all of my questions, discussed the type of materials that would be used and the process to complete the repairs, and kept me informed throughout the entire process with updates via email/text, phone calls, and pictures. Shortly after our initial conversation, Charlie met with my parents, provided us with a quote, outlined a variety of options to consider, and understood the importance of getting a resolution quickly. He and his team were incredibly polite and respectful to my elderly parents (which I am finding is rare when getting services done for the elderly), made sure my parents were kept informed of all activities occurring in their house, put up plastic barriers to enable my parents to remain in the home while all the dust and debris was contained in one location, and always cleaned up after they completed work. They started and completely the work in an extremely timely manner. All work was done professionally, Charlie’s price was fair, his team did an excellent job repairing and painting the area’s, and Charlie’s communication to me and my parents was outstanding! I cannot recommend him enough, and he made addressing a project long distance feel very seamless."

"It went great. Chris M arrived on time to inspect our roof. A previous company was doing inspections in our community after a storm. The other company’s rep showed me pictures of “damage” and said we should get a new roof. Chris, from Integrity Roofing, did a free inspection and told us that our roof was in good condition. He said that there were some small issues that did not need to be repaired. Chris was friendly and professional. If I do need roof repairs in the future, I will call Integrity Roofing."

"Anthony, Javier and crew went above and beyond. We first used them to get our home ready for sale. Anthony started with a walk-through of the home to point out any areas that would need attention. They filled nail holes, painted entire rooms and trim, refinished our wood front door, painted the exterior trim of entry doors and the garage door. We even had them clean the drive way. WOW! We teased that we didn’t recognize our home! It was worth every penny! This completed the home staging we did and our home sold in a day. When we moved into our new home, the color scheme was just not our style, yellow walls everywhere. Once again, the crew came out and walked through everything we wanted to do. In the end, the entire home, ceiling, walls, doors and trim were all painted. We have ceilings ranging from 10’-20’ tall and everything came out amazing. They also did an epoxy floor in the garage. Our new home looks fantastic! I would not hesitate to use their services again. They were done on time, Anthony communicated well and the crew arrived every day for an early morning start. The crew was very helpful moving large items and very respectful of our home. It’s honestly been the best experience we’ve had with any contractor."

Paul was on-site for two of the three days and walked us through the entire process before starting so we could fully prepare for the repair (which pretty much took away the use of our kitchen and master bath). Paul's personnel were also very professional and courteous, ensuring that they cleaned up at the end of each day and explaining what work was slated for the next day. Now that the project is complete we cannot tell that any repairs were actually done - which is the optimal outcome for this type of repair."
