"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! "This team did a very professional job diagnosing and replacing our failed well pump. The project was made more difficult because the well head location was not known by us. The Blue Heron Water team found the well buried 5 feet under our front concrete walkway and managed to replace it successfully with minimal damage to the walkway. The technicians, Marty and Chris, were very competent, personable and hardworking. Their supervisor, John, kept us informed, monitored the work on site several times each day and worked with me to understand all that was being done.
