"Paul was incredibly professional. He gave me a very competitive quote and completed the job just as he said he would. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone in the area looking for tank repair and replacement."

"Service Technician arrived promptly, however, fireplace was too hot to service that day as it had been used within the past 24 hours.  Provider rescheduled appointment within a couple of days and service was completed effectively.  We are pleased with the results.

"Our heating system is older, and this was not a common job. Peter conducted the necessary research to make our steam system worry-free. The communication and customer service were excellent. Peter and his partner were conscientious of not tracking in dirt and snow and cleaning up their work space. They were also wonderful with my chatty three year old. Peter's knowledge and advice made me confident in the work he performed and has made him our new plumber for future needs. Best of all, Peter's prices were quite reasonable. I recommend Zereski Plumbing without hesitation!

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"New faucet has been installed an inch or so too far outside. The two securing screws could be driven into the wood by a few turns only."

"I have an excellent service plan! SILA sent a determined service person named John. It was a tricky problem because every time they got here the heat would be back on (3rd trip). John was so determined to figured it out he even called the maker. He came well prepared ready for several alternatives. He knew an arctic front was heading tonight. He just left (7:30 pm). My heat is on and the malfunction repaired. ??John much appreciated! AND all three trips and repairs were covered by my plan. I will never complain about the high cost of the plan again."

"I needed 2 dryer vents cleaned - one on the 2nd floor and a vent cap replaced (also on the 2nd floor). All the companies I initially contacted would not do the job for a variety of reason. Superior did all the work I needed plus replaced the dryer hose on one unit (which we had not discussed). Additionally, I had purchased a vent cap but it did not fit. Superior had one on the truck which did fit and they got the job done! Excellent service!"

"Working with AccuTemp (and specifically Damon) was extremely easy! I called on a Sunday because my forced hot air system had stopped blowing warm air and, with children in the house and the temperature dropping, I needed assistance right away. Damon first talked me through what some of the issues might be, then gave me my options for how I would like to proceed with fixing it. At no point was he ever pushy and he provided me with all of the information that I needed to make an informed decision. Damon came out later that evening, fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and even gave us information about how we could save money on the repair by signing up for a service contract. I would be happy to recommend AccuTemp to anyone who needs HVAC assistance."
