"After installing a new water heater, my husband discovered a backdraft issue with the chimney. He called Chadds Ford Chimney Sweep on a Friday, discussed his findings with them, received a likely estimate for that work over the phone, and was able to get an appt for Monday morning. Shortly before the scheduled appt, we received a call from them, apologizing for running late, offering the choice of a new arrival time or a reschedule. We were fine with them arriving later in the day. When they arrived, they went right to work, inspecting the chimney inside and out. They swept it, and explained we had a larger issue. Seems our chimney isn't lined. They gave us a price point for getting that work done (ranging from $2,500 for lining to $4,000 if a rebuild was necessary). I loved how they didn't try to press or bully us into having that work done immediately! They wrote everything down on the statement so we can follow up when we are ready. We would defnitely recommend them, and will be using them for all additional work, including vent cleanings."

They scheduled me up within a few days, confirmed, arrived on time, and finished up within and hour or so. They not only cleaned out my dryer vent, they repaired it in a way I would not have been able to and gave my wife and I some tips we were unaware of that will save the life of our dryer in the long-term. "Keystone did an excellent service cleaning our heating/air conditioning ducts. Very professional and polite. Involved me in looking at what they were doing and their findings. In fact, we had the same ducts cleaned by another company in the past and found they missed several locations and we found  items such as a fork, baby powder container and several small toys still in the ducts.

Once we decided what we wanted the process was handled very efficiently.  While the sales representative came to our house and was always available by phone, we also liked the way Omni used the internet to simplify payments and appointment scheduling.  Very efficient and easy.

The work was done on time, at the quoted cost and very well.  The installers were very professional and competent.  They started and completed their work as scheduled and thoroughly tested the unit.  I especially recognized their attention to detail in running of pipes, installation of wiring and the duct work needed to connect the new air handler into existing duct work.  Overall I rate Omni excellent for quality.
