"Our power venter exhaust system failed leaving us without hot water. They diagnosed the situation on a Thursday and came up with a one-week replace ment plan and quote. We accepted the plan wrote a check for the full quote - about $5500. By Friday the next week, they had made the conversion. Unfortunately a couple hours after the completion of the job, a valve on the furnace hot water system failed (for unknown reasons) releasing a spray of hot water in the basement. They were responsive to our frantic call and directed us on how to shut the spraying water down. Within an hour, their people were on the repair job, which was completed that evening at no extra cost. The converted/repaired system provided hot water for a couple weeks, but then shut down. Again they responded to our calls promptly and apparently fixed the problem via a comprehensive furnace system maintanence; but this time with a service charge. Since then system has been providing hot water to date (18 August 2013).
