"We had just returned home from vacation where we had been riding our motorcycle in the heat for pass two days so you can imagine how tired and hot we were when we finally got off the bike and came into the house..
We hadn't turned our air on yet this year but last year had to have someone called Tim over twice to replace a capacitor and the second time to fix his screw ups so we thought just in case we would not want to turn the air on and not be here to watch it.. Just as we thought when we flipped the switch tonight, the A/C did not work.. The house was a whopping 93 degrees... and the A/C was blow hot air, actually took the house up another 2 .degrees before we realized it.. We were only listening to make sure the fans were running because problems in the past were they weren't...
I called Bob at 7pm - 730pm on Sunday and he said he would have his tech over tonight, his tech called me at 8pm said he had just left his appointment and was headed over to see what he could do to get us up and running.. He was here within a few minutes, came to door took his shoes off before coming in and asked to see the thermostat and turned in on went out and looked at unit and within a few minutes he knew what was wrong.. He found the reverse valve unplugged.. He had us up and running PDQ..
The tech was very professional!! Would give him an A+..
He had not had a good day yet he was very nice and polite to us.. We would use him again..
(Tech had been stung by a wasp earlier and since allergic his face had swollen.. That was reason for bad day)

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The Sharp/Long team members are professional, hard working and concerned that the job is done right. We needed work done on an older home that needed specific things done to improve the efficiency of the heating/cooling system. Not only has our comfort increased tenfold, but our utility bills have decreased substantially. We were extremely pleased with their original work, and they are diligent about continuing to tweak the system as needs arise. We have been treated like old friends, although we had no contact with the owner or company employees until they began their work. We would recommend them to our “really old friends” without reservation."

"This company always provides excellent service! Their process is not steaming and getting carpets wet and soggy. I really dislike wet carpets. Rather their chemical process leaves carpets looking new and smelling great. And not wet. Very professional, on time and know what they are doing. Will be using them again.

"The company did a blow-in of insulation material between the studs and in the attic space. There were several areas in the garage where there was no drywall and they had a method of containing the insulation material so that drywall would be added later. They even insulated on the small spaces above and beside the garage door. Since the insulation has been installed, the temperature has stayed around 55 degrees on a pretty consistent basis. The estimate I received was 1/2 the amount received from another company. They brought a sample of the blow-in material and showed a video of how the insulation would be contained where there was no drywall. Now, here is the icing on the cake: between the time of the estimate and the time of the installation, I tore the meniscus in a knee, making me unable to prep the garage by moving items away from the wall. The installers backed my car out of the garage, moved the items and then moved everything back. Outstanding customer service!"

"This is the 2nd time we have used Pak Pros, in the last few years. Matt and his guys were as good as it gets. I did award them the job over 2 other Angies List companies. The appointment for the day was set very efficiently. The crew was on time on move day. The crew was extremely polite and mindful throughout the day. "I was very pleased. They were very responsive. A handyman (Zach) came out right away and hung the blinds, fixed the doors. Then the owner Doug came and diagnosed my condensation problem and figured out what to do. Zach came back and opened the wall /insulated the duct, and then closed the holes required. Zach put on the first coat of mud and the follow up visit was from the drywall specialist Luis. He made two visits, one to complete the mudding (beautiful work) and a final visit to sand. Everyone was prompt and professional. I would use this company again. The price was fair I thought, especially for the number of things I had done.
