"I used Cambridge Doors and Windows Inc. a few years ago to replace my back door and door jamb. The work was done to perfection. I had Cambridge paint the door with a color to match the rest of my home trim and the paint job was so smooth that I have had guest and other contractors ask who painted the door. I also went with the high end Emtek hardware which you will not find at Home Depot or Lowes. This year it was time to replace the front door and door leading to the garage, plus the door jambs. I called Mike for suggestions as he is very good at recommending door styles to fit the style of the home. He suggested changing the frame around the door to a more current simple contemporary style and I went with it and am very pleased. I am eagerly waiting on my front door to arrive and be installed, but the garage door is in place and looks fabulous. I looked a a lot of doors from the catalogs and did not care for any of them. Mike showed me a new door that recently arrived for another client and it was 'The Door'. This is a great company!!! They may be more expensive than hiring a handyman or going to Home Depot, but the quality of the Cambridge doors, hardware, threshold and installation are worth every penny. I highly recommend this company!"

"Vendor contacted us very quickly and requested some basic information like door dimensions and photo. A quote was given online. Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did. We got a call on the morning of the day door was to be returned, and the employee arrived at the appointed time. The quality of the work was excellent. "Called the Neighborhood Garage Door Service of Houston on 12/7/2015 in the morning around 9am and they advised that a tech was close by and would be at the home within an hour.  Dillon arrived and looked over the springs that went out and advised it would take 30mins to 1hr.  The springs were replacement within 30mins and Dillon took extra time to how to properly maintain the garage door with what kind of product and recommended to replace the rolls to reduce the noise when opening and closing the garage door.

"I purchased the big deal fromAngie's List to get 5 windows installed in our upstairs to reduce noise and the draft we were receiving with our old windows. Bob Camp was very prompt to respond to the email sent by Angie's List after the big deal was purchased. The next week Bob came out to measure and scope out the project. He asked why I only wanted to replace 5 windows when all of our windows were just as old as those 5. I told him it was a matter of cost. Other bids I received for windows were super expensive. Bob asked if he could go ahead and bid out doing all the windows. I told him to go for it. He came back, and to my surprise, made it very affordable to replace all the windows. We accepted his bid and told him to order all 14 windows vs. just the 5. About 3 weeks later they came out to do the install. Bob was very easy to work with on setting up the time. They initially started our install on a SATURDAY! I was shocked they were willing to work on the weekend. Lalo, his lead installer, seemed like a sharp guy. He took his shoes off upon entering the house and informed me prior to the start of installation what furniture they needed to move. Due to the age of our windows and settlement of the house through the years, it seemed like the removal our windows took longer than the normal house.  They did have to come back out on the following Monday to complete the install.  They were right on time at 8 am and finished before lunch.  I felt like at the end of the install they were in a hurry to leave even though there were a few issues I saw. Bob came out and looked and agreed with the things I saw. They did come back out a couple weeks later to repair, which, I felt was fine. This gave the caulk plenty of time to contract some with the colder weather we've had. I now feel like the install is complete and I'm pleased with the end result. The only thing that I was only slightly disappointed with was they did leave quite a mess outside and cleaned up very sparsely inside the house. I didn't feel like it took away from the work they did, but we did have some clean up afterwards. I thought Bob worked hard to get the business and was there to make sure he was able to get more business in the future. We would use them again, and I have already recommended him to a couple other potential customers.

Throughout Hurricane Harvey, Barry reached out as my sister lived in a flooded area. For example, when the garage door was impacted, he arranged to have it fixed for her ASAP and at a very low cost! I went to the showroom to look and the differences in the doors and materials. The ladies were helpful and explained everything.
