Jay fixed our furnace that day (it is still working), buying us time to save to replace our 20 yr plus furnace.. "Purchased a big deal for 299 to have them air seal the entire house. Overall positive experience and I would hire them again for the same project if I needed it  on a different house. Three guys came and were here for a couple hours working the entire time. They started doing an air blower test and then caulked and weather stripped the needed areas. They didn't say anything about the results of the air blower test and I would suggest to them to take some more time and explain the numbers after the air blower test is done and what they mean. I've had this test done before and I was curious to see what the results where. That's probably more my fault than theirs though since I was working on my computer the whole time they were here and I think they were just trying to be polite by trying to avoid disturbing me.  One did run up to home depot for a bit like other reviewers have stated however I didn't really have a problem with it. I get that every project is different and may require different materials. I would suggest to them if possible just buy a large quantity of everything and keep it on your truck. It comes off as a bit unprofessional when you have to leave a job because you are out of caulk or weather stripping when you are at the job to caulk and weather strip. Don't get me wrong though I thought they were overall very professional and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I read a few recent reviews that said they didn't appreciate the "hard sell" they were given to buy extra services. I'm really not sure what those reviewers were talking about as I didn't experience that at all. They did suggest I add more insulation into my attic but in no way did he try to "hard sell" me on this. It was more of an open ended if I wanted to have it done he could provide the service.  They did what they said they were going to do and I am satisfied with the purchase.

"My house is an early 1900's home. Since moving in some years back we never have had the air ducts cleaned. We contacted Michigan Home Comfort in Lansing Mi and the process from start to finish was very easy. They sent in a three man crew to do the job, it was very extensive work. They were well dressed, nice and professional throughout. They spent about three hours here at my home and they showed me before and after pictures. The air quality in our home is much better now and less dusty to say the least. I would recommend them for sure to anyone."

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."
