"When researching for information and prices for a water softening system, I found many companies that gave me false or misleading information. Most contacts at the companies were only interested in making a quick sale. They all told me their system was "the best" that there was nothing else like it out there. This is obviously a lie. Water softeners all work in the same basic concept. Steve at Aquascience was straight forward, informative and extremely helpful. I spoke to him several times over a few days with many questions, all of which, he answered honestly and without the sales push. I choose Aquascience because Steve knew his business and was honest and helpful. The price was also reasonable. The warranty coverage is excellent. The install went great. They addressed all of my needs and answered any questions. Systems is working great! Soft water is very nice! Thanks for a job well done!"

I met Dave by accident, had just found out my water softener had filled up with water and was at Home Depot getting sand when I saw Daves truck outside, asked him if he knew anything about water softeners and was he available, he got back to me very soon and started working on my problem. "Don,t count on CHW for emergency repairs; water heater problem...3 days before anyone could come out...contacted my own service... no reimbursement from CHW. Otherwise wait time is usually 3 to 7 days for assessment then more time for actual work. The repair services have done exceptional work. One service was rescheduled 3 times by company for assessment only.. took another 2 weeks for parts and repair. Another company made instant assessment and repair. Usually $65 for service fee. AC system was replaced with a known brand, but I still had out of pocket expenses of which I was notified ($650). Lousy call center outside US...scripted. Very frustrating trying to explain issues and understanding replies. Companies hired by CHW did exceptional work. No complaints other than scheduling. Will investigate other companies when contract expires."

"This was a big deal purchase. I was not happy with that deal at all. I think that the advertising on this is extremely misleading. It's suppose to be a $39.00 service call and $39.00 off. As it turns out, he says, and this is certainly not clear in your advertising that it is $39.00 for a service call and $39.00 for a return visit. Based on his prices, there will never be a return visit. I mean, if I'm getting a $39.00 service call, and it's a relatively simple job, I wouldn't expect to cost me almost $200.00 more for him to do what he did. His prices are crazy. It turned out not to be a good deal. If a service call is $39.00 and someone is there for an hour, or less than an hour, probably close to thirty minutes. How much would you expect that to cost you? The service call is already paid for as part of the deal. I just think his prices are crazy. I don't remember what the total was, it was around $200.00.  It ended up costing around $200.00, I had to argue with him on that. He wanted to charge me another $75.00 for installing one little piece of pipe. It was really kind of an optional we might as well change this while we're at it. I'm not trying to be cheap in any way, shape or form but, I think his prices would have been high if I had not paid for the big deal. So, the big deal turns out to be nothing. Signup and basically get nothing. I don't have any problem with the quality of service but, his price is what's crazy. No other real comments other than that. My interaction was fine. The work that was done was fine. There was nothing exceptional, nothing that was poor. Nothing beyond what you would expect from an ordinary situation."
