"I was contacted by Derick within two days of signing up for the service.
A meeting was arranged for Derick to come an look at the location plus take measurements.
He showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process.
I was given a very fair estimate to which I agreed to and he then put in the order for the door.
Once it came in he returned and installed both the door and new opener.
Once done, he tested it and showed me how to lubricate and care for it.
All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

John actually put different colors on our door and let us pick out the one we liked. He did the same thing with the stairs— he makes house painting fun!
