The technicians, Ken and Dylan, arrived well-prepared from the start. There was another worker who joined the team, but I didn’t catch his name. These men were professionals, and their work was of the highest quality. They even laid down protective coverings on the carpet before they began working. They informed me about the entire project step by step and ensured that the area was cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely be using this company again in the near future. Even the receptionist who took my call was professional and knowledgeable about the services offered. "Started with brand of furnace, asked what I had done to attempt to fix the problem.  (It was then that I realized how 'ignorant' I really am.)  She recommended I check the circuit breaker.  Never occurred to me to check since I had electricity on the first and second floors.  Got a bit suspicious when the stairwell light to the basement didn't come on.  So, I got a flashlight and checked the breaker.  Turned it off and then on again.  And ... low and behold, the furnace came on.  (guess who was Very Embarrassed)   We went on to chat a bit to make sure it was going to stay on.  She was very pleasant and understanding.  I inquired about replacing my furnace humidifier and she gave me information as well as cost.  A bit pricey, but I'm fairly confident I will call back and schedule to have them install one.

"they came out the same day i called which was nice. i dropped 1 star bc of the time it took to install 2 water heaters, we were told 2-3 hours but in reality took almost 10 hours. Also we were forced to make a decision on the spot RE: replacement due to the high non refundable diagnosis fees. they charge a fee to come out (they tell you about on the phone) And a diagnosis fee (told us after the work was done), which is strange bc what's the point of having someone come out and Not diagnose the problem? regardless it's been 2 mos and the boilers are working fine with no call backs needed."
