When Green City called to set up a time to develop a bid, I asked to speak with a technician. Jeff answered and led me through very logical decision tree which led to them replacing my 50 gallon tank. I was very impressed with the information he provided regarding the various alternatives. He asked how the old water heater had performed, and If I was happy with its performance why would I want to change. Made sense to me. Their bid was quite fair, they came out and completed the installation when they said they would. Presto hot water and they hauled away the old water heater. They were fast on coming out for the initial bid (Brandon is great!) and they were super fast on the installation. Lorin and his crew were delightful and did an excellent job! "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"They scheduled the service for the next day, since they would be in my area. Simon was very good. He texted me to let me know his expected arrival time, which was exactly as agreed. He explained a possible add-on - cleaning dust from inside the furnace - but didn't pressure me to do it (but I decided it was a good idea).
