"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"Well it was a Saturday and, of course, our A/C decided to quit working. Given we were new to the area and recently moved into our home less than a year, we did not know any vendors. However, upon locating Mr. Ray on Angie’s List and giving him a brief summation of our problem, he came out immediately and resolved our A/C problem quickly and efficiently. He advised us about annual maintenance to insure longevity of the unit. We agreed and will be using his company for ALL of our A/C needs going forward. In a world where customer service is sorely lacking, Mr. Ray represents what all companies should strive for – good communication, honest work, and reasonable prices. If we could give him a ten-star rating, then we would. Do not hesitate to call this company for your HVAC needs!"

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

"Paul came out and gave us an estimate providing all the information we needed and answering any questions I had.  I was quite impressed with Paul and while my gut said to proceed,  never having  replaced siding on a house prior to this, due diligence had us getting  two more estimates.   Ultimately we really did not need to.
Job start to finish went quite well, despite a first day mishap where our kitchen garden window was damaged while the crew was removing the old siding.  Paul and company responded quickly and appropriately and took care of the window panel, replacing it within two weeks (had to be ordered).  Being a contractor myself, I know these things can happen and it is more about the response than the what, and the response was spot on!
The crew did a good job keeping the site in order while working and upon finishing each day.
Communication with both Paul as well as the crew was great.
Love the finished product.
I would use again as well as refer  without hesitance...and will.
Thanks Paul!!!

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"J&N Heating and Cooling came out to my residence, diagnosed the issues I was having with my HVAC, provided a quote for the project, ordered the new unit, and installed it all within a short period of time. Their installer, Nathaniel, is an excellent worker and provided me the assurance that the job would get done right the first time. Their affordability will get anyone top notch service. Thank you, J&N!"

"It went fine.  I had one situation where they put vent on the top of the roof but on backwards and they replaced it. Overall, they did a good job cleaning it but that was a little reckless, I thought, a little careless. They did a good job cleaning the lint out but the only problem I had was the way they put the vent back on. "

"All States Air Duct Pro was okay. I wasn't rocket science. It was alright, it ain't like painting a Picasso or nothing like that.My wife had an interaction with them. I will probably not use them again."
