Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "At first they thought it was a fuse but the air conditioning failed again just a few hours after the technician left. We decided since it was after hours to call back in the morning. They came right out on Saturday and realized that a transformer was also bad. The company called us on Monday and adjusted the bill and only charged us for the Saturday call at normal weekday rates. It was very nice to have the repairs done at a fair price. Everyone was very professional."
