"The only regret I have about hiring Travis Graham/Graham Restoration was that I didn't find him sooner!  I needed a variety of jobs done to get our house ready for the market, and Travis was able to take care of ALL of them, quickly and professionally.  He painted the exterior and replaced rotted and dog-chewed wood trim, replaced pickets, replaced damaged siding, replaced boards on our deck, did some gutter repair (actually repaired some guttering that I thought would have to be replaced, thus saving me considerable expense) and did a small plumbing job.  Travis was very responsive to my initial call and follow-up emails.  I needed the work done in a hurry and it was also during that period where it rained for three weeks putting the schedule into turmoil since much of the work was outside.  Travis communicated about what he could/couldn't do because of the weather and looked for openings in the weather to get the jobs done.  For my jobs, he charged an hourly rate plus materials (and I had almost all material on-site) and he does not waste time.  He doesn't hurry but he works quickly and methodically and stages the jobs to get the most done in the least time.  In short, I'm sure I'll have another punchlist once we have a buyer for our house and subsequent home inspection, and I will absolutely call Travis to take care of it."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"It went very well.  This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down.  The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive.  This was not the contractor's fault though.  The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for.  What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.

The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly.  The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount.  We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.

"I highly recommend Eco Windows & Siding for window replacement; we worked with Jeff and had a smooth, frank and open experience from beginning to end. He used no sales scams to try to get me to buy, but was upfront and honest. Offered us a variety of choices, from an economy option all the way to a luxury window and never pressured us one way or another; once we decided on a window line, he gave us an excellent price right off the bat, with no exhausting sales acrobatics, like the other companies who quoted us. Eco Windows clearly offered the best value for the money. The windows were ready even earlier than he quoted; the installer was kind, respectful and responsive. "We contacted THS based on an advertised special of a $4999 bathroom remodel and selected them after other contractors quoted us a much higher price for a similar service.  Matt, the owner, was slow to respond at first but helpfully guided us through purchasing the needed materials once we established contact.  The work began on time and demolition took less than a day, although rebuilding moved slightly slower than I expected.  The entire project took 7 workdays total.
Pros:
Luke and Carlos, our two primary service providers, were careful and clean each day.  I was able to continue to use the master bedroom each evening without a problem.  They went above and beyond, spackling nail holes from old fixtures and the like.  Matt did the shower tiling personally and re-did it when it did not meet his standards. They installed concrete board over the subfloor to protect against water and extra studs and braces in the shower walls,  which were upgrades from the original construction.
They dealt with normal complications (slight rot in the subfloor, need to adjust plumbing and electrical to accomodate new equipment) quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price.  At one point, Matt told us that we needed to buy a shower pan, but reversed himself when we reminded him that he had previously told us that it was covered under the builiding supplies.  They worked well around my desire to paint the room over the intervening weekend.
They worked independently and did not require constant supervision, but were happy to answer questions from me and my daughter as needed.  
The final project looks fantastic and is a considerable upgrade.
Cons:
My wife perceived that they did not give her the level of courtesy or respect that they had given me when I was onsite.  They would sometimes ask her to call me for a decision on an issue rather than accepting her judgment.  This was most evident when the house main water valve broke during the project, necessitating quick work by a plumber to keep the project on track.

The lights and painted ceiling looked great. They were very pleasant and yet professional in their attitude and work. They cleaned up everything when they were done. I have another job waiting for Kenny and his team to install an attic fan. I have confidence that they will do good work as they have done in the past.
