He was matter of fact and honest about the limitations what we could do to improve the circulation in the house. His team was able to replace all three units in one day (albeit a long day!) and the were neat, tidy, cleaned up and picked up well, including when one of the workers accidentally put his foot through the ceiling. While they had to come back to repair the ceiling, again, it was done very well and the drywall person cleaned up the work area very well. The pricing was good, (of the the three quotes I had, Punbar was the middle price) and they worked to get all the rebates possible at the time, further reducing my cost.
