"We are waiting for the installation of 4 new sliders. Today, James the "measurer" came to visit and offered a very professional manner and showed sensitivity to our concern over COVID-19 exposure since we are both seniors. He worked quickly, thoroughly and with a friendly manner. He measured all of the doors and explained everything as he went along. So far, this is our second contact with the company and they are a class act all the way. Can't wait for our new sliders to be custom-made and installed!!!!"

"While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete. "They did a good job.  He was great.  They did a really spectacular job.  We put on a new addition and it's really tricky to get the garage door.  They had to custom fit it and they made it work great.  I'd give them straight A's.  They had very competitive pricing. "

"This project went very well. When our old shower was removed, the contractor discovered not only a hidden old stairway, but a leak from the floor above. Accessing it to repair was difficult, but it and a second leak were remedied and a disaster averted. Installation of the new shower was demanding, as like all old houses, ours has its quirks and odd measurements and angles. The remodeling---a new shower, removal of an old tub and installation of new cabinetry---was excellent. MJL's Mike Laudicina and every one of his helpers did meticulous work. "Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola. 
First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it.  When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish.  Three coats of stain/sealant were applied.  Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed.  Looks new.
Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice.  The pergola was then stained and sealed.  It, too, looks new.
Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk.  They look great.
I would not hesitate, for a second, having Graham Restoration LLC back at our home to perform any work I did not want or feel capable of doing myself.  Theses folks are a class act!
