"Kdk did a great job renovating our half bath into a full handicap bathroom. They installed a handicap toliet and shower, tile, flooring, lights. It has been great for my father in law who had a very hard time getting up and down the stairs to take a shower. He was very professional, outgoing, and finished in a timely manner. It was a lot of work but they did excellent work. I am very satisfied with the work and I am looking forward to working with them for future renovations.

"After moving into a new condo, I had a variety of jobs to be
tackled from mounting a large heavy mirror to a wall to small fix-ups like
installing a new showerhead. A colleague recommended Matt Cholko and Total Home
Services. She had used Matt’s services when he was just starting out, and he
had made such an impression on her she kept his business card. I called Matt
and left a message with his answering service. He called back that same day,
and we discussed what I needed done. Right then and there, he gave me an
estimate as to how many hours the work would take, and explained the fees,
which I thought very reasonable.
   
On the day of the appointment, Matt and his colleague, Luke, arrived as
promised, carrying tools and equipment to my 8th floor apartment.
They were prepared with everything they needed right down to the mounting
hardware, and set to work right away. For positioning the mirrors and wall
sculptures, they asked for my input, but were also very helpful with
suggestions. When it came time to position the large mirror, it was discovered
that it couldn’t be placed exactly as planned because of the electrical wiring
in the wall behind that area. They recalculated and hung the mirror without any
damage to the wiring or wall, and moved the dresser so that mirror and dresser
were aligned and centered. Not only did Matt and Luke do all the jobs I
requested but they also noticed other little things that could be handled in
the allotted time.
   
Matt and Luke were polite, professional, friendly, and very efficient.
It took only a few minutes to see that they really know what they’re doing. I
had the greatest of confidence that the work was being handled correctly. And
they also managed the cleanup, carting away the mirror wrappings and vacuuming
the sawdust from cutting down the doors. Matt was right on target with his
estimated time, and the cost was as expected. I can recommend Matt and Total
Home Services without reservation. As my decorating and improvement projects
continue, I plan on calling Total Home Services for the help I’ll need.

"Kenny Ferguson is very responsive to customer requests. He communicates well to the customer and to his men. Fernado and Mike were very careful in their work and aimed to please the customer. The lights and painted ceiling looked great. They were very pleasant and yet professional in their attitude and work. They cleaned up everything when they were done. "The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."

"They came out and fixed my problem.  Their price was fair.  The garage door has not broken since.  He called two to three times to say that he was running late.  It was 8 o’clock when he got here and there was no additional charge.  I had the door fixed so that I can have the car parked in that garage.  I would rate them B because he was so late.  The quality of work he did is good.  It did not need any rework.  When I called I was answered by a human being immediately.  Their response to my call was good, but he turned up late.  He was professional.  I was satisfied with what he did though he was late.  He was professional and he checked the other garage door to make sure everything was working fine."

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."
