"Incredibly honest guys. Another company tried to sell us on thousands of dollars of "absolutely necessary and urgent mold remediation" but as soon as Mark looked at the allegedly problematic areas he said that was ridiculous. After inspecting it better, he told us that he'd be embarrassed to even give a quote for clean up because nothing was necessary that we couldn't easily handle ourselves with a few bucks worth of cleaning supplies. So while I can't speak to their actual work, and I hope we never need to use their services in the future, they will absolutely be our first call if we do."
