We called Weatherking and the dispatcher was pleasant and said we’d hear from the tech shortly. The tech, Matthew, called within 15 minutes and was extremely professional and transparent about the “after hours” fee. He was at our house within an hour in inclement weather. Again, very professional and pleasant, although it was around 11pm on a Friday.
