"I called Advanced Air solutions when I first found him on Angie's List because of his A status and the reviews as well. The reviews outside of Angie's were great as well and I see why. When I first spoke with him over the phone I felt like it was weird that I first got Mark the Owner and not an assistant or something. I told him that I was interested and wanted an estimate and we set up a date that he was at a job that morning but could pull strings to run over and do one. I was kinda worried that the man I spoke to wouldnt remember what we talked about on the phone because he is so busy, BOY WAS I WRONG! Mark shows up and comes in and answers everything that I wanted to know and more and checks things out to make sure he has his grounds covered when he would come back for install. It was quick and simple and he only stayed a lil longer because I offered him a cup of coffee and we spoke a lil on Hvac. "Koli came out and found the perfect furnace and options for our house and budget.  He explained the process in detail and covered the costs and financing.  He expedited the service for us, since we had no air in 90+ weather, and got the furnace installed the next day.

Ian and Steve did a fantastic job on the installation.  Because of the configuration of our split level house it took the had to stay longer than an 8 hour day, but they stayed until after 8:00 PM to assure we were set for the night.  They were professional, friendly, and neat. They were very knowledgeable and knew the best way to install our system.  

The installation looks great.  the furnace runs perfectly, and they cleaned up the job site spotlessly.

We could not have asked for a better experience.

Mardy the sales man was highly professional and very personable and explained everything in detail, answered every question, making sure I understood each piece of equipment to be installed and what to expect the day of installation. The installers were very courteous and polite, worked very fast and did an excellent job on the installation. Everything was installed quickly and they cleaned up so well you can hardly tell they were here. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again when it is time to replace the furnace and for annual check ups.

"I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit.
