"I called Imagine That Heating and Air because the temperature where I live was getting really cold at night. I cannot handle being cold so I turned the heat on. Guess what my furnace would not turn on. Typical first time I needed it it wouldnâ t work. I called Imagine that the next day To my surprise a person answered not an answer machine. The lady told me that she would get Robert to call me. Within 5 minutes I got the call from Robert and to my astonishment he said he couldâ ve at my house within 3 hours. When Robert arrived he had shoe covers on which I thought was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and a few other things which may cause a problem in the future. He was not pushy at all. I agreed the repair and said I would do the other issues later when Christmas was over. Robert waived the call out fee because I had the repair done. This company and Robert know there job. They did that, and were flexible enough with time to service my furnace and A/C unit. They found a problem with the condenser unit, which could have meant bad news had it gone out during a summer heatwave. I had them replace the unit. Potential problem solved. They backed up all of their work with photos and explanations of the issues. Made it very easy to do the replacements without feeling something “shady” was going on.
