"I cannot rate Blair more highly....they called the day before to say they were coming betw 8:30 and 10:30 and then their technician called today...and showed up on time at 8:39.......he was wonderful .spent an hour working on the AC unit on the roof on one of the Hottest days we have had in Palm Springs..115 Degrees...they honored the discount they had provided on Angies List of $59 for what is normally a $85 16 point Tune Up....and he pointed out a maintenance agreement they provided - I told him I had a home warranty and did not need it..and unlike other AC maintenance people he did not try to pressure me to buy it...
