Installation was equally as easy. They came and did the install over two days, replaced some rotted wood, and we were done. No fuss. Great company. Will use for other projects."

"The work completed we excellent and the installers were professional and thorough.  The only thing preventing an all "A's" review was some scheduling/responsiveness mishaps - bought off a deal that was fully subscribed, so it took a little longer than I expected to get the new doors installed.  In the end though, work was done well, and I am very happy with the overall product.

"Skip and his son Jonah did all the work over a period of a few weeks, due to inclement weather. I cannot speak highly enough of how good they were, I would hire back again in a heartbeat. Hard working, very friendly and professional in every way. On the back sliding glass door, Skip noticed that the screen did not close properly and there was a flaw on the hardware of the door which needs to be replaced. I believe Andrea in their office has ordered said items and we are now waiting to hear when they will be fitted."

"FBI Contracting was the only firm willing to remove old decking, replace insulation in cathedral ceiling from above, install proper vent baffles, install metal shingles, custom form gutters. Frank and crew came every day until job was done. Compared to other roofers quoting only the shingle installation, FBI was very competitive. Cleanup was exceptional and the roof looks great! Multiple people walking or driving by have stopped and commented on the look of the roof."

"You want to hire these guys! From first contact through our entire 2.5 week project, Joci and Roberto were extremely responsive, returning phone calls, texts, and explaining their work. Very professional and easy to work with. They started the day they said they would, letting us know two weeks ahead. They finished a few days earlier than planned because we needed it. The quality of Roberto's and Jesus' work was outstanding. For example, Roberto repaired our vaulted family room wall a second time, after a first coat of paint, just because it didn't meet his high standard! We paid the originally quoted labor cost plus material costs based on actual receipts Roberto saved. Some of the best money we've spent on home renovation! They were awesome."

"Terrible. We decided to order new garage doors through the provider. After significant delays and a number of phone calls and other communications that were not returned, the doors finally arrived. We were asked for more payment as there were additional "issues" with the installation. We had another garage program ongoing at the time of delivery (we waited 4mo plus for installation after being told it would be 6-8 weeks), and were not able to accommodate the installation of the openers we had ordered. The provider asked for full payment with multiple promises of return, but never did after 6 months. We have a series of unreturned phone calls and communications.
