"Doug did a phenomenal job! Very professional and courteous staff. Not too many places these days that you feel go above and beyond to provide good service - these guys are definitely like that. We work during the week and were unable to be present during installation, or later, when the work needed to be inspected.
They accommodated our schedule by sending someone out to the house to be present during the inspection. They charged a small fee, but to us, it was worth not having to take a day off from work. We were extremely happy that they accommodated our needs, and they really did not a great job. Would definitely recommend!

Within a day, they took out my old system, installed the new system up to factory specs, tested and made sure all phases of heating and cooling were functioning as they should, and cleaned up, taking away all of the old unit, leaving nothing behind. The heating consultant that they sent, Alex H, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with estimates for a number of options - similar to those from other HVAC companies that quoted for this work. A day later I received a call from Blue Dot offering a discount on that quote and we accepted that quote. Alex made the one and a half hour drive to visit with us again, to walk us through the contract details, and to explain install process. This was a really nice touch as usually contracts are signed electronically these days. The Blue Dot install team came on time on the scheduled day and did a neat and professional job with the install - performing all the necessary checks and tests, and left the work area clean and tidy - and with the HVAC systems working well. "Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). "First, my project was to install, from scratch, a new HVAC system, including ducting, with tha furnace in basement (initially, it was upstears in a closed). Last year and early this year, I got 3 contractors on site, by direct call, and none of them answered my spefic questions but taking pictures and promising that will send an estimate. I never got it. I was getting anxious. So I got the idea go to Angi. First visit I got in the same day I put my request on Angie's site, called his boss advice me to just change the furnace. I could not, because the previous system was heating OK only one half of the house. Finally, next day I got AJB visit an made me happy. He understood perfectly what I wanted and my concerns and explained to better and quite ingenious solutions on my suggestions. I understood him perfectly because I have strong knowledge of aero-dinamicsor or fluid mechanics so I signed the contract right then. Now, I have a sweet warm house in every corner of it."

"I got several quotes for a new HVAC system. The prices were fairly close, but Horizon Services included replacing my refrigerant lines. My basement is finished, so this was somewhat difficult. They started the next business day at 7:00am and had the system running by 6:00pm. The installation was very neat and professional and they installed new refrigerant lines and a new outside air intake without cutting any holes in the basement ceiling. I kept my humidifier, since it was almost new, and they had difficulty getting it to work. However, they promptly sent out another technician who was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem."
