"I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again."

"It was after 9:00pm on Christmas Eve so I needed the work done and I was panicked. The girl who answered the phone was very professional. The technician, Del, got back to me quickly. Del gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would be before he would be available (1 1/2 hrs) as well as an estimate of cost based on what I had told him. He arrived when he said he would. He replaced the water heater, changed the lines, put a pan and drain in, (I had been missing one), took the old one away and cleaned up the area. He then made sure that I knew what to expect with the contract and warranty since the office was closed. It all arrived via email this morning. It took only two hours and I had my hot water again. I was expecting to get fleeced because of the emergent situation late on Christmas Eve and was ready for an attempt to up-sell me on a bunch of extras. None of that happened. He was professional, prompt, and no up-sell. Just fixed what I needed for a fair price. The new water heater works much better than the old one did and I am very, very happy that they were there, available and so nice when it counted. I will definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs."

"Johnny on the Spot is an awesome company! I scheduled a consultation online and someone called me immediately. James Cox, the technician who came out, quoted us an awesome price for 2 new 16 SEER units. He even gave us a good 0% financing rate for 2 years. We got 5 quotes and I have to say that this company gave us the best dollar for dollar deal for the units and the service maintenance / warranty agreement. Our new units are now installed and it all happened a week after we signed the contract! Our installers Andrew Susterka and Hector Samayoa were also very professional and great!
