"Very satisfied with the customer service and the technicians that diagnosed and repaired my central AC and Heating system. Knowledgeable and courteous service. Job was done right the first time. I highly recommend."

"Owner called immediately after posting we needed AC repair. He came that day, was very professional and two days later new system was installed. Another company quoted $16,000 and Leading Air and Heat quoted $8375 for same job and same unit as Duran Duran."

"Ali was my serviceman for today. He was absolutely wonderful. While I am not happy about paying an unexpected bill to fix my AC unit, however, I am extremely happy that Ali was my tech. He took the time to thoroughly explain the costs and my options in repair work. He fixed what he could to get my ac up and running so that I could have cooler air rather than sitting in an 80+ degree home! He also explained that I have 1 month to contact them w/my decision on a permanent fix and at that time I will NOT be charged another $99 service call fee. Thank you Ali, for your honesty and full disclosure. I will always do business w/this company moving forward!"

"Our heater stopped working during the last cold spell. I called Eric and he came uot accessed our problem and the next day we were back in business. I didn't know him at all but I can tell you this man really knows his stuff. My neighbor is a superintendent and looked at his work and said his work was perfect. You can bet when I need service I will call him!"

"They were professional and honest from the first phone call till the job was done. The installers were very kind and respectful. They made sure the job was done right while also making sure it looked right. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing AC installs or repairs"

"Don't use 24 hour air I think they are to much I should have shopped around"

"We needed to have our A/C repaired in order to sell our house. We had called Frank Gay the day before and they wanted to replace the coils and made it seem like there was NO way we could just clean it and fix the problem. They wanted $2800 to fix it. So i called Advanced and they came out and fixed the issue without a super costly replacement. Also when there was another unseen issue that came up after he left, the technician (Ted) came back and fixed it for free. I highly recommend using Advanced Air and especially Ted, he was great to work with and very nice."

"Orlando was our tech - very professional. They came to my house when they said - diagnosed the problem & repaired at a fair price the same day. Highly recommend."
