"High quality, responsive, fair, and clean These guys are the best! We worked with them on a water heater replacement and a air conditioner repair/replacement - both in July 2019. When our water heater broke, we called several places. They were the first to respond - Ahmad was able to come out to our house within an hour or so. He answered our questions, let us know why he knew it needed to be replaced (as opposed to repairing a link), and began working. He noted that our previous water heater had been installed incorrectly, and he re-welded a pipe so that the new water heater could be installed on a more level surface. While he was at our house, we asked if he could also install a new kitchen faucet that we had been meaning to replace. He was able to fix it in 20 minutes. For both repairs, he left the worksite clean. I'm glad our water heater broke that day, because we learned they also do air conditioner repair. Dean was much more knowledgeable and provided us with more repair options than any other company we had contacted. We had been under the impression that both our air handler and condenser needed to be replaced, but he let us know that although the condenser needed to be replaced, only one part of the air handler - the coil - needed to be replaced. This saved us thousands of dollars. Dean also patiently answered our questions about other air conditioner options we were considering (e.g., whether to get a a unit with greater capacity). While we were waiting for parts to be available, they did a temporary fix of our old air conditioner so that we didn't melt during the heat wave. On the day of the repair, everything went smoothly - they kept me informed about progress and cleaned up after themselves. I'll definitely call Green Apple the next time I have a plumbing or HVAC issue!"

He and his crew did an excellent job installing the 2 high efficiency HVAC systems. Both systems are running well. The selection process I followed before hiring Dun Rite included an investigation of the AC units I wanted to purchase, cost estimates of components the vendor would need for the installation, 3 bid process with reputable vendors, reference checks, and confirmation of insurance coverage. Initial meeting: My initial meeting with Peter went very well. He spent time explaining the best way to approach my project and what his recommendations were to achieve the best results. He is very knowledgeable and confident. He was on time and professional. Pricing: Dun Rites initial pricing was very competitive. To be honest, no other contractor could come close to the pricing offered by Dun Rite for superior quality. Quality: Pete and his team did exceptional work even by my high standards. The work they performed was very impressive. The methods they use to install new ductwork could not compare to any of the other vendors I researched. Peter’s team installed no soffits or disrupted any closets. Larry and Larry, the installers that worked on my project, were very professional and demonstrated exceptional workmanship. Any issues that were discovered during the project were addressed in a timely manner. Comments / Observations: Peter is a very hard worker and takes on many responsibilities in running the business. He moves quickly to insure everything gets done, so you need to keep up. Texting him or calling him is much better than sending an email if you need an immediate response. He is always on the go. I only make or write recommendations for vendors that are exceptional and I can tell you, Dun Rite heating and cooling is one you can trust. I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends."

"Once again I called Sam for assistance. The heavy rain last week caused flooding in my basement resulting in a problem with my heat/air unit and hot water. He came the same day I called quickly fixed the hot water problem. My other unit which was 40 years old needed to be replaced. He gave me a fair quote set up the old unit temporarily and would be able to install the new unit in just 2 days. The team arrived at 8:45AM and worked until 11PM. The new unit is working beautiful. They did a fantastic job. Sam went above and beyond to help us out. I cannot praise him enough and would highly recommend them."
