David worked me into his schedule and came to my home the day I called. He was delightful, did a thorough inspection, and gave me an estimate. "Had called Robert a couple of days prior to coming.  We arranged for him to come about 530pm yesterday.  He called around 5 to make sure the time was still good.  It was.  He came and fixed the vent to make it easy to open.  When I asked how much for the work he told me that it had been his mistake and there would be no charge.
Before he left we agreed that he would give me a call in the next week or 2  to do a preventative maintainence  on my Heating unit to make sure it was in good working order for the winter.  He called me today to see about coming on Saturday to do the work.
