He was friendly, affordable, informative, and amenable. I look forward to hiring him again!

I am glad I did because they are the best. I was specifically looking for a yearly maintenance contract and also someone I could rely on in an emergency. Before they would consider their top tier maintenance contract, a technician had to come and inspect the system. I was given a 3-hour window for the appointment and Kevin arrived within the first hour. I ask for no shoes in the house and Kevin took care to put on and remove shoe covers every time he came in or left the house. Kevin performed the check and explained the adjustments he made. I also pointed out a concern regarding a leaking drainage tube and Kevin was able to replace this at a fair price. I’m so glad I found Holtzpole and I will definitely be recommending them to others."

He provided us with estimates for a number of options - similar to those from other HVAC companies that quoted for this work. Alex made the one and a half hour drive to visit with us again, to walk us through the contract details, and to explain install process. This was a really nice touch as usually contracts are signed electronically these days. "They came and inspected the sump pump. They recommended for it to be replaced. I was okay with it so they replaced it. They completed within half an hour. We then discussed the bill. They agreed to take off $50 because they have an Angie's List coupon that offers $50 off. There was also a coupon for $250 off a system installation for Angie's List members. I told them of this and they said it would only apply for HVAC units and I said to them that they are more than HVAC company, they provide more services than HVAC. They did not specify that its only for HVAC. The technician agreed and said that they're going to have to change that within our website. This was extremely misleading and felt like a bait and switch."
