"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. I'm very happy with the service and this company and have already recommended them too many of my friends. Keep up the great service Best Air Quality and Restoration!"

"Andrew and his team were very professional! Andrew responded to my Home Advisor inquiry very quickly and was able to come out to assess my project the same day. When he did arrive, he was very respectful of my home, by removing his shoes! After looking at the mold issue, he pointed out what the potential problem areas were and confirmed the type of trade I needed (general contractor (GC) vs. siding company) to come out and repair the outside of the house to ensure the mold would not return after his team removed it. I only needed a GC which in turn saved me thousands! Andrew's pricing was very, very reasonable. I had put off dealing with the mold because I thought it would be too much (I was actually thinking of selling the house), but it was getting worse. Had I known about Andrew and his team and their very fair pricing, I would have resolved the issue 2 years ago! As to the quality of work, I could go on and on. Andrew and his team took very good care of moving and covering my items. Andrew double checked the GC's work to confirm that the water issue was resolved and there would be no repeat mold issues in the future. His team sealed off the work area very well, allowing me continued access to the section of the space that had not been worked on. They cleaned and handled things they had to remove to do the job (i.e. window blinds and light/outlet covers). And, the moldy smell that was once in the space was all gone when they finished! I would totally recommend this company to others. I plan to add them to my list of "go-to" companies for services I may need in the future (every homeowner should have some "go-to" companies that you know will not cheat you, and Andrew's team is one you should have!)"

I keep putting them on hold, but I have built a relationship with them and they have been so patient and good throughout the whole thing. They have come out multiple times to help me with our previous contractor and current contractor for the remodeling. They have been great. They came out, met with my new contractor and it cost me nothing. They have been in constant contact with me regarding the status. They prepared for the states when I asked them to be ready to do the asbestos abatement. That was a part of the first stage of my remodeling project. Their pricing has been very reasonable. They did an assessment not just of the cost for the work, which they revised based on what the insurance company had told them to change. They have engaged with the insurance company, they have engaged with my remodelers and have come out without even charging us. The work that we have paid them for was just one time testing. This was the second test versus the first test we had. They do asbestos testing and asbestos removal.    </p>"
