He listens to what is needed & takes into account any concerns expressed when a job is correcting a problem. He suggested using products available on market to address those issues when appropriate. He was also willing to listen when I had a specific preference about how I wanted finished product to look and made it happen. Removed old toilet & installed a new one. 6. Corrected plumbing issue under sink in bath. 7. Added waterproof caulking & epoxy on slab before installing new LVP flooring where there was an issue with water coming in before. 9. Replaced an exterior door & trim. 10. Ran a new PEX line for cold water through attic & wall to an existing tub. 11. Hung a surface mounted medicine cabinet/mirror."

Arrived on time, got started immediately, double-secured the loose shingle (tar and silicon) and checked others around it, replaced ones needing it, at NO CHARGE because I had used him in 2013 to do a thorough roof-shingle check and repair. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
