My only slight downside is that I did not expect there to be the possibility of any additional charges at all, but there was several hundred dollars of additional work that was highly recommended once the work had begun--I would have appreciated knowing of this possibility ahead of time--of course I am totally unfamiliar with the technology of wells and pumps and the various components that might require replacement in addition to the pump, the tank and the piping from the surface down...
