Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! "I m here to rectify my review! The costumer service was really great easy and fast to work with! I was explained why it was better to replace the whole ac unit First I moved to the house 4 months ago The job done here was a not really good job even though the ac unit is new it s not working very well (2015 unit) For now what was done with the clogged pipe and cleaning and everything it s working! But if I need an ac company again I ll probably call the immaculate because I really liked the customer service and they refunded the money visit!"
