"I called back on Monday, Donnie came out that afternoon and the price was great, he was professional and pleasant. The installers came Tuesday. A friend was at the house as I had to work and he kept calling me with things to ask Donnie. Donnie never sounded irritated and always said you are the customer and we want you to be happy. The issue required the technician to come back after he left Tuesday and he was pleasant as well even though it was already late. This technician couldn't identify why the unit was registering the correct numbers (my friend identified this issue, I would never had know, they left and all seemed fine). The technician was coming back Wednesday morning ( I had to take a day off of work) but Donnie first had another technician come to the house that evening. They found the copper pipes or whatever goes under the house was the problem and they needed to install new pipes through the attic. They never showed any disrespect or tone that wasn't professional and made me feel like the customer did come first. It took a lot of time and someone else to keep pushing the issue (my friend did A/Cs in Texas so he knew things luckily). When they say it isn't really the A/C that fails it is the installation, this could have been one of those. Thanks Service Star for great service. Luckily it isn't hot out but I can't really test the system but we will!"

"The technician spent time looking at everything on the air conditioner unit and kept finding things that weren’t working correctly or not working at all He said his goal was to get it running that day but gave prices on everything that needed repaired, but most needed replaced. He got pricing for a new unit and didn’t pressure me in any way whether to replace the parts or buy a new unit. It was clear I’d be money ahead in the long run to get a new unit so I decided which one I wanted and he set up for installation for the next business day!!"

"Started look for an HVAC repair company Thursday night on home advisor Efrain from first Air was the first to return the call after 9Pm showed up on time found the issue and even checked the attic space for a possible leak suggesting call insurance for a mold issue I highly recommend Efrian and his company for all you’re HVAC needs in SoFlo it’s very hard to find honest people but this man and his staff are it."

"Owner called immediately after posting we needed AC repair. He came that day, was very professional and two days later new system was installed. Another company quoted $16,000 and Leading Air and Heat quoted $8375 for same job and same unit as Duran Duran."

"I am giving James the best rating I can but I sure wish the price wasn't so high. It will be almost $600.00 to replace the dryer and it isn't getting cheaper. I will have him back on this coming Friday to make the repairs. James is a class act and I sure hope he gets his wish. I will also use them at the new house once we get moved in."

I was explained why it was better to replace the whole ac unit First I moved to the house 4 months ago The job done here was a not really good job even though the ac unit is new it s not working very well (2015 unit) For now what was done with the clogged pipe and cleaning and everything it s working! But if I need an ac company again I ll probably call the immaculate because I really liked the customer service and they refunded the money visit!"
