"The compressor was working fine but inside air handler was not blowing air. So we called Ray French to give us an estimate and make the needed repairs as we have done for the past 20 years. Rob showed up at our residence the same day and replaced the parts needed in both the compressor and the air handler. The blower inside the air handler was removed and stabilized. Because our A/C was installed in 2000 we feared that the whole system might need replacement at a price we could not afford. No fear. Rob made the necessary repairs and replacement parts and it is running again just like new. As Rob put it, perfect is better than good. Without hesitation we would call him again. He looked over everything and explained to me the fan motor needed to replaced. I was thinking oh my Gosh this is fixing to be a expensive fix. To my surprise he beat everyones price. It was $575.00. "Wanting to add more solar I was lucky enough to hooked up with Matt Mishler a very knowledgeable sales representative. Matt reviewed my last 12 months electric bills and was able to recommend a system that has eliminated my electric bill. Matt was a little aggressive on the installation timeframe but was there for me every step of the way as we addressed any unforeseen delays. Matt was always there when I had questions or concerns and was very responsive. End result I have the system I wanted and it's functioning properly. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
