"Professional and courteous. They're not going to do you any favors but their service is solid. They fixed a leak on my Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ductless mini-split (a heater/ac wall unit). First, one of their techs came out to diagnose. He checked some stuff, found that there was no refrigerant and scheduled an LSR tech (leak, search and repair). Diagnosis: $215 The LSR tech came out, checked the system and found that there was a loose valve. He tightened it and checked the system and we were good to go. He evacuated the system and charged it with refrigerant. He also did maintenance on the outside unit. It looked pretty clean after he was done. Nitrogen Leak Check System (bubble test for leaks): $651 Repair Each Leak and test: $193 per fix Evacuate System: $432 Charge System with Refrigerant: $491 Subtotal: $1982 Yup, two thousand dollars. This is Seattle for you and not sunny Los Angeles. They probably could have taken off the fix charge but I get it. Either way, they fixed my system and I'm happy. I would recommend Greenwood based on their solid service and professionalism. If you're getting an AC unit fixed get quotes! I submitted requests for quotes after the diagnosis and out of the 5 or 6 companies that I contacted nobody would give me a quote and they wanted to send out their own tech to diagnose. But I already had a diagnosis. So I just went with Greenwood. I hope this helps someone out there. My AC is ice cold and I'm happy. Maybe it'll spit out popsicles!"

"Service tech was excellent. Difficult diagnosis; a very rare break in electrical current between the air handling unit, heat pump and thermostat. Very knowledgeable good at troubleshooting. Polite, friendly, explained everything very well. Standard service charge call plus tax for two hour visit, included standard annual maintenance at no charge. Less expensive than anticipated."

"Robert installed a heat pump and replaced the old furnace. Took an expected 2 days but he did a great job. They weren't able to put the heat pump in the spot they thought they could, but we made it work. They tried to sell me a wireless Honeywell thermostat because my Nest didn't have enough wires to it. I wanted to keep my Nest so had to push them on it. Electricians were able to run a new wire through the crawlspace. Seemed a little pricey, but I didn't get quotes from anyone else since they were so quick to come out and install (all within a week). Give Robert a raise or bonus, please!"

"I hired a different HVAC company originally find the problem of my heat pump they tried a couple of things didn't work and then didn't come back are re contact me so I hired airpro through Home Advisor Everett was able to analyze situation run test and correct wiring issues which solve the problem. I would recommend and hire them again."

"Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

John was super helpful all through and especially during the phase when we were extremely confused with the options and considerations of heat pump vs AC, sizing, features and efficiency vs ROI. The experience and expertise were very clear and we felt John was someone we could trust and rely on. It didn’t hurt that his quote was the best too. It was also good to have the assurance that it is a family run business hence the actual install person is a designated person (John’s son David) upfront and someone John could vouch for. There was a minor surprise due to our previous installation issues but John took care of that without additional costs. For the actual installation, David and Sergio showed very good attention to detail. "I had three estimates at our house for our conversion from a gas forced-air furnace to a heat pump/gas furnace installation.  I was most impressed by Evergreen's rep. Scott, as he was very helpful in explaining the technology and was the only one of the three to do a J load calculation on our home.  I also felt after the estimates were all given that Evergreen's was the best buy in terms of the product features vs. overall cost.   As I researched our installation I realized that my mother's all-electric home would be better served by a heat pump as well.  Again, Scott did the best job of all three estimators there as well.   <br> <br>After the down payment of 50% of the cost the installation was set up within two weeks for both locations.  The work was done on time and efficiently.  My mother's job was done in a few hours, mine took a couple of days.  I'm happy to say that both units are performing perfectly, through both the colder weather of March and the warmer than usual days we've had in April.   <br> <br>There were a couple of things that should be mentioned, not major issues but worth noting.   <br> <br>The installation of our heat/pump and furnace did not meet City Code on the initial inspection as the condensation pump was placed on the floor.   City code required it to be 18 inches off the floor due to a potential for an explosion should there be a gas leak.  The correction was done within a few days, but I did have to schedule a city inspector on two different days.   The city inspector remarked that the installer 'should have known better'.   <br> <br>On my mom's split heat pump the indoor blower unit began making a loud clanking noise one month into use.  Evergreen was quick to come out, mom called on Sunday morning and was able to have a crew come out the next day.  Apparently the installers had missed a mounting clip on the external cover of the indoor unit and over time the casing sagged enough that the rotating fans began to hit the inside of the case.   <br> <br>Several weeks after our work was done I was called by the financial office asking me to pay the remaining 50% balance.  I pointed out that it had been paid on the day the work was done, but apparently the payment was not correctly registered as having been paid by their accounting office.  Fortunately I was able to point to my credit card statement indicating that the balance had been paid in full.   <br> <br>Overall Evergreen did a professional job from start to finish and I have no hesitation in recommending them.  Given their expertise and experience I have no doubt that my equipment will continue to be well serviced going forward.  "

"A Hunt's Services plumbing team (Josh & Henry) arrived the same morning that I called Hunt's Services over a leaking hot water tank. They confirmed the tank needed to be replaced and went over all the options that I asked about (tank, tankless, heat pump), going into detail and explaining everything I questioned. Later that day I let them know that we would like to go ahead with a tankless system and they had it installed two days later using a four person team (Josh, Henry, Corey, and Austin). All of these plumbers were well presented, polite, open to answering questions, and generous with looking into other plumbing issues I brought up along the way.
