"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

"This was our 2nd time that we hired Clean Hands Painting and this time we had Junior (the owner) and Efrain repair imperfections in the drywall and paint the walls and ceilings in the main areas of the house. The end result was excellent just like the 1st time we hired them. They were very considerate, respectful, professional, and arrived on time each day. They were extremely careful to cover all the floors and furniture and were very neat and clean. Junior would answer all my questions and met all our expectations. "Very pleased with end result. Haley Hahn's Ron Prince has many years of experience and was very knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The new gutters (with leaf guard) & downspouts are high quality, attractive and fairly priced. Installation took about two days and went very smoothly. Unlike so many others, they did a good clean-up job when finished although I did have to bring a few areas to their attention. My only disappointment was ... they would not repair very minor facia board damage (from squirrels) in two areas despite my willingness to pay extra. However, I would use them again and have already recommended them to a close friend."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

Purchased Angie's Big Deal for 4 hours of home improvement/handyman services.  Mr. John Schmidt, owner, showed up at the designated time to estimate our work for future scheduling, but when he saw the nature of the work, he requested to go ahead and get started and he would do the work right then.  Working from our list of about 10 different repairs, small projects, and hanging light fixtures.

Mr. Schmidt was personal, professional, and very knowledgeable about the work we needed done and offered suggestions that improved the projects beyond our ideas.

If needed, we would certainly be willing to hire Innovative Design again to do larger projects/remodels, etc.

"Very hard workers, renovated both bathrooms from plumbing to shower doors and trim. It looks great. We have 26year old house and apparently 15 years ago the plumbing was recalled due to failures. Justin Shane changed plumbing in crawlspace to all lines into the house and outside spickets. Found out during this process that our hot water heater was rusting and was replaced. We had bath walls and vanity damaged and had to be returned and replaced. This put us behind and Lowes never offered to deliver any of the products that had to be returned. Justin took items back and got replacements. The return process took over an hour each time due to Lowes unorganized process. There was 5 items damaged when we got back here with them. Justin worked late several nights in order to keep on schedule due to Lowes terrible quality control. All in all, Justin did a great job and we would hire him again."

"Just 3 days after signing the paperwork, the roofers were at my house by 8:30am. By 4:30pm all the work was done and done very well! They repaired the 3 areas necessary and put a beautiful roof on. Cleaned up any and all debris! I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs you have. I am going to buy shutters from them next!!"
