"I asked for a ballpark range of cost that could be expected if a person wanted to install a tankless water heater. They said they have no information. I contacted Pronto and they asked me to send them two pictures and they had the job quoted exactly. This is a market space differentiator. Ben Franklin wanted to charge me 29.95 for a quote on Monday. The other company did it over the phone in 15 min for free on Saturday. We have videos and cameras on our phones. Use technology to improve processing where possible. I didn't use them so I cannot speak to anything else."

"We never had a water softener before and can not believe how good it makes you skin and hair feel, no more hard water spots on shower glass. We also had there reverse osmosis drinking water system installed under sink. The quality and fresh taste of water make it enjoyable to drink again. The technician did an outstanding job installing , even had to drill hole in granite top to install a matching faucet to our existing one. The service and quality is what I expected but rarely get anymore. The Representative for my area and all the office staff were very professional and did exactly what they said. They have followed up with me after installation to make sure I was happy and everything was working correctly. I do not usually writer reviews but they earned it this time."

"Johnny J. Doan was the only person that offered honest advice. My 14 year old water heater had the upper breaker "tripping" every other day. Early in the decision process, they quoted me a repair price (the lowest of the three I received) but recommended replacing the water heater. I took the advice of the "others", then had a "plumber friend" reach out and tell me that any repairs to my Kenmore would be a waste of money. I created a new project and have two appointments for estimates and water heater recommendations. Both vendors are coming to my condo and we are going to search for the best product for my budget. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
