"21 years ago, Superior installed a water softener system that served a family of 8 over that period. The system easily outlived its life expectancy. My own recently failed PRV valve finally exposed the system's end of life weaknesses. One phone call to Superior and the very next day Martin Alvaredo showed up at my door and quickly diagnosed and easily demonstrated to me a substantially degraded system that had lived a full and exciting life. We quickly agreed to a replacement system and price. Two days later the installer showed up at my door. Two hours later I had a new PRV and new soft water system. "Needed a large chandelier hung on a 17 ft ceiling. I told the office staff their tech would need scaffolding, an extra large ladder or perhaps an assistant. Unfortunately the tech showed up alone and without the large ladder, so we had to reschedule for the next week. Once he had the proper equipment, the tech was great. Worked efficiently and took extra care. Pricey and took an extra week, but the work turned out well."

"I called Ryan because my 15 year old furnace was not functioning. The heat exchangers had pinholes and the secondary exchanger was completely rusted out and clogged. Ryan did his absolute best to come up with the best solution for the least amount of cost to me. In the end the resolution ended up being a new furnace unit. This gentleman is transparent and honest. He took the time to explain to me why I needed a new furnace. He had the opportunity to cobble my old one together and charge me for labor, but his integrity shined through and he let me know it's not safe, and he's not comfortable doing that. I also took the opportunity to have him install a 4" filter box to prevent future system issues due to the awful 1" filter location. I will 100% call Ryan again in the future. The Sales Staff listened to our needs & wants then gave us multiple options at different price points explaining the reasons for the different prices. They didn't try to over sell and actually talked us out of replacing our water heater since it wasn't needed. They checked and fixed everything that was associated with our Furnace and AC replacement including what was needed to move our AC over 3 feet to be within code as part of their service! The whole process from start to finish exceeded our expectations. I just wish you guys did sewer line repair because then I wouldn't have a hard time deciding which company to go with!!"
