"Quick response, helpful appraisal of my heating problem, ordered replacement parts that same day. I could not be happier with the professionalism and speed of diagnosing my problem. Parts came within the week and promptly installed the new heating system."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"My "On Demand' hot water heater was malfunctioning and I needed to have it repaired immediately as I was flying out to Missouri on 2/27 due to a death in the family. Fellowship Plumbing answered the call and set aside/rearranged some service calls to come on the 26th. He came within the scheduled time, descaled the unit. after further inspection, it was determined that some filters within the unit were clogged w/ silt. They were cleaned and the system is up and running beautifully. The compassion given me under the circumstances was greatly appreciated. The workmanship and service were excellent; I have retained Fellowship Plumbing as my "go to" agent and highly recommend them to anyone needing Excellent, Reasonably priced service."

He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the pump within a few hours. He’s very friendly and we were completely satisfied with everything. The price was fair and we are so happy going into the winter with a home that is comfortably heated throughout the house."

He repaired the system correctly and perfectly, not rushing into a quick or convenient fix. Our home is comfortable again. His professionalism and dedication are outstanding. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent! Great service. Very attentive."

"Replied quickly, had lowest quoted price (significantly lower than my other quotes), did a really nice Roth tank installation in a tough spot, did NOT price gouge me for some extra piping that was needed, on time, cleaned up after work was completed. Solid A rating from me, I would recommend his services if your in need of an oil tank replacement or upgrade."
