"I found East Coast Comfort for my son’s house when he had heater problems and they fixed his issue quickly and seemed very honest and knowledgeable so then I used them for my house for various smaller jobs and they were always impressive and responsive so when I went to replace my HVAC - I got a quote from them (Ed) which was very reasonable. Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"I needed repairs or replacement for a furnace at rental property. I submitted a request through Home Advisor, and within seconds I got a call from Frank. Frank visited the property the same day (10/16), and came back the next day to fixed the furnace. I spoke to the tenant, and she said she now has heat. Prior to contacting Old Skool I contacted a contractor who had done work on the furnace for the last several years. They advised me that the furnace could not be fixed and that they would not even consider repairing it. The only option the other company provided was replacement at almost a cost of $3,000. They also told me they probably would not be able to get parts for the furnace since it was so old. Old Skool found the part(s), fixed it, and cleaned it for less than $400. Thank you Old Skool for your prompt response and for saving me a couple of thousands of dollars. I plan to get Old Skool to check out the furnace in my other rental property."

"Done Right Today texted me just minutes after I searched on Angie's List with my emergency request, which was after 10pm. It was such a relief to know my repair could be done the next day. Ryan called the following morning, and he and Nick were at my door within an hour. They are very professional and knowledgeable, and gave me two options for replacement of my sump pump and check valve. They had all the necessary equipment in their truck and took less than an hour to have the replacement installed and everything running perfectly. Would definitely recommend, and hire again!! "We are very happy with the work that was done by Unique installing a new gas boiler and tying it into our 1940’s hot water heating system. The estimator Mike, took time measuring every room to be sure we get just the right size unit needed for our house. (An estimator, from another company, didn’t size all the rooms, wanted to put in a smaller boiler and at a higher cost!). The installation was painless. The work was done in one day which included removal of our old system. The new system is extremely efficient and we already have noticed significant savings on gas and electric. Great company to deal with. Would highly recommend."

"I contacted 5 plumbing companies and Done Right Today provided the lowest price. The guys did a very nice job on the install and the removal/clean-up. My overall score of 3 is due to one thing. The first guys that came out got the great rate from the office and I was going to proceed with the work. I went upstairs and then the guy called me back down to advise me that my sump pump was not working. It was working fine before they came. The price they gave to repair the pump seemed very high to me and after many expletives, not to the guys, just for my crap luck, I said I had to think about it. The office said the price for the work was good until the next day. After they left and I calmed down, I went back to the sump pump, fished the dehumidifier hose out and the pump worked fine. I checked it twice by dumping 4 gallons of water in and it worked perfectly fine. I still used Done Right the next day as the price was the lowest. The one guy told me I had a leak elsewhere and that it could be extremely costly to repair. Unfortunately I did not trust him due to the sump pump situation from the previous day so I doubt I would use them again."

"Turned my furnace on, and cold air blew! Looked here on Home Advisor for a top rated pro, and called Unique. They were here within 2 days (it was not that cold out, so it was not urgent). Joe was thorough in is investigation and was kind enough to explain everything he was doing, so I understood. He did not have the part to fix it right then, so they had to order it and come back. He and Rico came back for the repair and both were very nice and knowledgeable. I feel confident with their work, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I feel the price is a little high, but they warranty their work and seem to have very skilled workers, so I think it is worth the peace of mind. Also, all the office staff on the phone were great to deal with as well."
