"It was great from start to finish.  Every subcontractor was polite and punctual.  The work was done in the soundest and highest quality manner possible.  You might experience a wait to have Redman Construction do your job, but it is WELL worth it.  It was a completely positive experience and without any of the disturbance and/or surprises you often hear about.  We are definitely getting on Redman's roster for PHASE 2 and probably 3 of our home repairs.  Th company is based right down the street from us and it feels GREAT to work with someone so local.

"The Evolution of Contractors were quick to respond to my request for a quote to replace the railings, treads, and porch area of my dad's front landing, which at that point had rotted out railings and failing treads. They did not try to upsell me and gave a clear quote for both wood and composite materials. There was zero pressure.Communication was always clear, friendly, and timely. We went with the composite option. The work was completed in one full day. They were polite, efficient, and cleaned up everything after themselves. I had the opportunity to review the work with them after and got clear care instructions. After the work was completely paid for, I noticed a small irregularity that was purely aesthetic in nature. "Coen was responsive during storms and as thorough as any of the other vendors we've tried. The team was responsive to feedback and kept us safe through the worst winter. We needed to do some detail work ourselves to make sure vents were clear but Coen took care of the heavy lifting. It took awhile to lock in a final contract - Scott was very responsive in sending an initial draft but took some following up to get the clarifications we were looking for. Still, we decided to go with them because their rates were competitive, reasonable, and they made multiple trips to deal with build up in the event of larger storm.

"Eoin and his team at Shannon Painting have completed multiple projects at our house - they are always our go-to for paint services. They painted our three level condo in the Summer/Fall of 2018, including scraping and replacing any rotted shingles, and it still looks beautiful! Other houses on our street were painted around the same time (or even after) and they haven't held up as well as ours! We also used Shannon Painting the Summer of 2021 to stain our front and back decks (6 in total) which came out perfect and were completed in just a couple short days. "Jim was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was a consummate pro, listened well and asked questions, and it was obvious that he and his coworker Steve take a lot of pride in their work. We had him demolish and completely rebuild a 22' x 6' front porch for our 105 year old house. It's not always easy to fit something new onto something old, from the overall spacing to connecting with the existing brick staircase and porch roof, given the code requirements of 2019. Jim had no problems, and in cases where we had to unexpectedly do things - like whoops cover that previously existing, but now with the new Azek, some very old-looking flashing, etc. he had some great ideas - new strips, some mouldling. The fit and finish on the porch were great, no visible deck-board ends, using multiple end pieces to avoid extra cuts of the long azek deck boards, etc....And all were discussed and decided upon together in a low pressure and professional style. Jim's also not afraid to admit when something isn't his strength or not something he's good at. That's a rare and valuable skill and extremely useful to any potential client. Would gladly use again and recommend to friends."

We could not be happier with his work and character as a professional and person. He provides a line-by-line item SOW, down the cost of material for masks and gloves. As the SOW changed, Brandon continuously updated the document. He saved us some money numerous times as portions of the SOW were deemed unnecessary by either him or us. That is rare.
