"We use Laury for repair and maintenance of our heating and cooling units for our rental properties and each time we need something done, the staff at Laury never cease to provide quality service. The technicians are always knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and pleasant. We recently had an HVAC system installed in one of our units and the home is rather large and is over 100 years old and there was not a whole lot of empty space to work with. The guys at Laury were able to install the system and all of the duct work and components involved neatly with the age and make-up of the home in-mind. They were pleasant throughout the entire installation which took almost a week. They were always on time and always communicated the process with us. "Matt and Mike replaced our old barrel type humidifier that wasn't working and replaced it with the Aprilaire fan in humidifier, ran a new water line, electric and rerouted the condensation line to the sump pump. They also upgraded the thermostat and relay panel to be able to control the humidity from t-stat. Everything is running perfectly with home humidity at 46%. Also purchased the elite yearly service plan."

This was a Saturday evening with no heat in the home. He kept calling me checking in with me. By Monday I had heat. I need a whole new system and it's working better than the old one. He also installed a new thermostat. I appreciate their help and service and I will definitely refer them to others and use them again. They also have an excellent warranty package."

Dave arrived at the appointed time, evaluated my my HVAC system and identified the problem. He explained what needed to be done to correct the problem, how long it would take and what it would cost. He and his team were able to complete the repairs, ran my system - testing it to make sure there were no other issues. My heat pump/heat was up and running the same day. No surprises on the bill, was what he quoted to make the repairs. Dave is knowledgeable, professional and got the job done."
