"Done Right Today texted me just minutes after I searched on Angie's List with my emergency request, which was after 10pm. It was such a relief to know my repair could be done the next day. Ryan called the following morning, and he and Nick were at my door within an hour. They are very professional and knowledgeable, and gave me two options for replacement of my sump pump and check valve. They had all the necessary equipment in their truck and took less than an hour to have the replacement installed and everything running perfectly. Would definitely recommend, and hire again!! The installation team arrived promptly at the scheduled window, and took care to treat our house like it was their own. Drop cloths were used to protect my flooring, and after the job was done they made sure to remove all the debris from the job so nothing was left. After the job was done, the job foreman took me around and showed me everything that they did and explained the function of the system, and when I had questions, they explained plainly and without complaint or exasperation.
